Returns & Store Credit Policy

Mitten Makes items are made to order in small batches, and many are personalized or color-customized just for you. Because of that, approved issues are usually handled with a remake, replacement, or store credit rather than a cash refund.

Eligible issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a customization mistake caused by Mitten Makes, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Approved issues may be handled with a remake, replacement, or store credit toward a future order.

What is not eligible

We do not offer returns or cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases, custom items ordered correctly but no longer wanted, or customer-submitted spelling, wording, or color mistakes.

Slight differences in filament shade, color placement, sheen, and normal 3D-print texture are part of the made-to-order process and are not considered defects.

Changes and cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation before printing starts. Once production begins, the order is considered final because materials and print time are already being used for your piece.

Shipping and pickup

If something arrives damaged in shipping, please send photos of the item and packaging within 7 days. For pickup orders, please inspect the item at pickup or contact us within 7 days if there is a problem.
